Our Services

Because of the cultural diversity and ethnic mix of the business community within the UAE some of the business practices used can often lead to conflict especially with regard to timely payment of Debt.

As a consequence we provide two collection models:

1. Soft Collections

This is primarily an invoice management system, tailor made to provide our client’s customers with timely reminders of their outstanding debts and dates when payment is to be made. Should our clients customer fail to meet his obligation with regard to payment we will pursue payment through our Hard Collection services.

2. Hard Collection

This is the retrieval of delinquent amounts from Debtors after the due date for payment has passed. We initially try to negotiate with the debtor in an effort to reach an amicable settlement should this fail we can if authorized proceed through more formal channels which if again were unsuccessful would result in our instigating legal action against the debtor for the recovery of the outstanding debt.

Legal Services

Once the possibilities of amicable settlements are exhausted we support our clients to help them in instigating the following legal proceedings against their debtors recover their valuable amounts from them.

      1.Criminal Actions :

      in case the clients are carrying returned cheques we can immediately make criminal action in police station to put a travel ban on the debtor to put extra pressure for settlement.

      2. Legal Notices :

      before filing official legal / civil or commercial claims we can serve a proper legal notice from our external lawyers and or notary public to alarm the debtors about the consequences they could face if they are not interested in amicable settlement, sometimes these tools are very productive and the debtors are coming back towards amicable settlement to avoid court proceedings by this we can also save the further legal cost / charges and time of our clients.

      3. Civil and or commercial claims :

      we have team of experienced lawyers supporting us to file civil and commercial claims and to follow up the cases in all stages of courts around UAE.
